We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for running our fiber line and ensuring our products meet the high standards our customers expect.
Line Operation: Efficiently operating machinery to open hemp bales and process raw materials.
Treatment & Processing: Precisely applying fire retardants and monitoring the fiber line.
Packaging: Baling treated fiber and accurately labeling finished products according to company standards.
Quality Control: Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Reliability: A strong work ethic and a consistent track record of being on time.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for the duration of a shift.
Technical Skills: Mechanical aptitude and previous forklift experience are preferred but not required.
Communication: Ability to follow instructions in either English or Spanish.
