how shipping works

We work with 3rd party shipping companies. After purchasing, we will handle the shipping arrangements and share the tracking information (via a PRO#) with you once the shipment has been picked up.

After your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email notifications with your PRO# that you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment.
To stay up to date on the status of your delivery, we recommend directly reaching out to the shipping company responsible for your order. You can contact them using the phone numbers provided in the shipping confirmation email or through the tracking number (PRO #) provided.
The logistics company will be able to provide you with real-time information about the whereabouts of your shipment and any updates regarding its delivery.

a few things to keep in mind

Remember that pallet jacks, telehandlers and lift gates are necessary for unloading and moving product around your job site.
Never refuse delivery, as additional costs will be incurred. Re-attempt delivery fees can be very pricey. See below if you received damaged products.
Please be available at your job site to receive shipment at the delivery address during the proposed delivery window.
We work with 3rd party logistics partners, meaning delivery dates are out of our direct control. If you have a specific date you need your materials delivered, please purchase the scheduled appointment delivery.

Not likely, but things happen.

Delivery is damaged

If your delivery arrives with severe damage, we advise you not to accept the package. Instead, take photos of the damage and reach out to orders@hempitecture.com. We will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

doing it yourself

picking up from our warehouse?

If you are planning on picking up your oder, you will not receive a PRO#, but you will receive a followup email informing that your order is ready for pickup.
A closed van with 8' door height is ideal for pickup. If using an open air trailer, please have a ratchet down set on hand.
Picking up from the warehouse requires coordination with Hempitecture before arriving.
We'll help getting your materials loaded, but you will need access to a pallet jack, telehandlers and lift gate to unload and move your products around your job site.
